Get in touch
Email support@crossedout.app for help with the app, your account, a subscription, or a privacy request. Including your device model, your iOS version, and the email address on your account helps us answer faster.
This mailbox is the contact route the Terms and the Privacy Policy refer to.
Delete your account
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and associated content.

Report content or block someone
Reporting and blocking are available inside the app, on the content or on the person.
You can report objectionable content or block an abusing user from within the App. We will review reports and act on them within 24 hours, removing content and ejecting users who violate these Terms.

Subscriptions
Crossed Out Plus is billed by Apple, not by us.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple account settings.

Privacy requests
Send access, correction, deletion, or portability requests to support@crossedout.app.
Regional rights: depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these.
